FALSE WITNESSES AND LIARS

Most people are raised learning the simplified teaching the ninth Commandment as, “Do not lie”... The translation of course reads”:
Exodus 20:16 “You do not bear (anah) false (sheqer) witness (eyd).
Anah - a1) to answer, respond to. a2) to testify, respond as a witness.
b1) to make answer. b2) to be answered, receive answer.
Sheqer - a) deception (what deceives or disappoints or betrays one).
b) deceit, fraud, wrong. b1) fraudulently, wrongfully (as adverb).
c) falsehood (injurious in testimony). c1) testify falsehood, false oath, swear falsely.
d) falsity (of false or self-deceived prophets).
e) lie, falsehood (in general).
f) in vain.
Eyd - a) witness, testimony, evidence (of things)
b) witness (of people)

Through the years people have always thought that their opinion is right and have rights to accuse and pass judgement on others, it has gotten that bad that we now have countries and governments and rulers passing judgement on other countries. They are torturing and killing millions a year even passing laws to support this, all because they have pointed the finger and made a judgement. They did not stop to think about asking people in those countries what they thought. NO!! They just send planes and bombs over to kill as many as they can, including Women and Children.
Do you see how this has happened? And some think they have the right to run around accusing and emailing people and accusing them of wrong-doing without even asking the person first; but rather threaten the person to email as many people as they know to discredit or expose that person.
A false witness and a false accuser is someone that hears one side of a story, then makes a judgement against another. Friends, this is very serious and no one who does this will be punished:
Proverbs 19:5 “A false witness does not go unpunished, And he who breaths out lies does not escape.”

Here's what Yahushua said:

John 8:15 “You judge according to the flesh, I judge no one.” 16 “But even if I do judge, My judgment is true, because I am not alone but I and the Father who sent Me.”

James 4:11 Brothers, do not speak against one another. He that speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against Torah and judges Torah. And if you judge Torah, you are not a doer of Torah but a judge.”

James 4:12 “There is one Lawgiver and Judge, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another?”

Romans 14:10 “Why do you judge your brother? Or why do you despise your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Messiah.”

Too many times people listen to one side of a story and make a judgement, possibly because we may be closer to one person than another; or we might not like the other person, so our ears are more open to hear stories. Let's see what His Word says about a false witness and a false accuser:

Proverbs 19:9 “A false witness does not go unpunished, And he who breathes out lies perishes.”

Deuteronomy 19:18-19 “The judges shall diligently search and see if the witness is a false witness, who has falsely accused his brother, 19  then you shall do to him as he thought to have done to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst.”

Revelation 22:15 “Outside are the dogs and those who enchant with drugs, and those who whore, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and all who love and do falsehood.”

Exodus 23:1 “Do not bring a false report. Do not put your hand with the wrong to be a malicious witness.”

Exodus 23:7 “Keep yourself far from a false matter, and do not kill the innocent and the righteous, for I do not declare the wrong right.”

Deuteronomy 5:20 “You do not bear false witness against your neighbour.”

Proverbs 6:16-19 “These six matters YHWH hates, And seven are an abomination to Him... 19 A false witness breathing out lies, And one who causes strife among brothers.”

Proverbs 12:17 “He who speaks truth declares righteousness, But a false witness, deceit.”

Proverbs 14:5 “A trustworthy witness does not lie, But a false witness breathes out lies.”

Proverbs 17:4 “An evil-doer gives heed to wicked lips; A liar gives ear to a tongue of desire.”

Proverbs 25:18 “A man bearing false witness against his neighbour Is like a club and a sword and a sharp arrow.”

Zechariah 8:17 “And do not plot evil in your heart against another, and do not love a false oath. For all these I hate,’ declares YHWH.”

A false witness & false accuser is called a fool.

Before you rush to your email to accuse another; look at these scriptures:

Look at this... Yahweh judges falsehood alongside adulterers, witchcraft:

Look again closely. We cannot rely on our own judgement if we only hear one side of a story... We must repent and ask for fogiveness for he says those that bear false witness have a wicked heart. If we contact the other party and accuse them without knowing their side; we are slanders and have a wicked heart. Wow!

Yahushua repeated the Commands:

Matthew 19:18 “He said to Him, “Which?” And Yahushua said, “ ‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness,’ ”

So many times we have experienced people setting up fellowships and putting themselves at the top and become judge and jury over believers rather than the Scriptural mandate of elders or helpers. This is not Scriptural and no one should be in charge of any believer. Our Head is Yahushua and His Father.

Again, the Scriptural assembly is described:

People spend endless hours and days and years on judgemental behaviour with one man as 'teacher' and it is such a waste of valuable time... Time that could be used to reach those that are lost or need help. We must always encourage people to seek His truth through His Word.

1 Corinthians 2:13 “...which we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Set-apart Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual matters with spiritual matters.”

Because Yahweh's people have not heeded these verses, we have rabbis, popes, pastors, ministers, leaders, governments and kings over us. His people have never been pleased to simply have His Word and this is how we end up with footnotes and talmud and extra man's doctrines and so many study books and learning material.. WHO FROM? A MAN! Man has always mislead people, in fact for the past six thousands years man has misled so many. Wake up! Judgement is coming upon the world, and He is not pleased that His people have acted this way.

As you can see it is a very serious matter to be a false accuser or a false witness, there is NO place for those that falsely accuse another brother/sister and they will be dealt with severely. One who has accused another without first hearing both sides will not enter in, there is no place for them.

Revelation 21:27 “And there shall by no means enter into it whatever is unclean, neither anyone doing abomination and falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.”

We can always talk ourselves into believing that we think our judgement is right and what we think is more important, but what you or I think does not matter. It is what HE thinks that matters and what HIS WORD says.
We only deceive ourselves when we sit around pointing fingers, judging others and gossiping. Sadly, so many people are dieing around the world without knowing the truth and yet people have time to sit around gossiping and trying to look important sitting in judgement against another.

Proverbs 10:18 “He who hides hatred has lying lips, And he who sends out a slander is a fool.”

You are called a FOOL when you fasely accuse another and think you know both sides of a story when you do not. A fool thinks he has the whole story and thinks he can make a judgement.

Proverbs 18:13 “He who answers a matter before he hears it, It is folly and shame to him.”

Sovereign Dawid knew what it was like to be on the brunt end of these types of people - people who profess to follow Him and yet gossiped, lied and hunted Dawid down most of his life. This was his Prayer to the Father about these types of people:

We need to use the limited time we get wisely and not use it for sitting around gossiping, running down believers and making judgements. The bottom line is: it does not matter what a beleiver does if he is sinning; Yahweh will deal with him. Yahweh is bigger than any of us and deals with people at the Judgement. He does not need man to sit in judgement over His people; He has His Son for that. The reason why the world is like it is, is because man has pushed Yahweh aside and taken up the judge and jury position just like the Yahudim did over Yahushua's death. They decided to have him put to death because He spoka against them. They were false witnesses and brought lies against Him:

Proverbs 28:26 “He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, But he who walks wisely is delivered.”

Proverbs 21:2 “All a man’s ways are right in his own eyes, But YHWH weighs the hearts.”

Proverbs 12:15 “The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, But he who listens to advice is wise.”

Deuteronomy 12:8 “Do not do as we are doing here today – each one doing whatever is right in his own eyes.”

Sadly, all around the world believers have been used to destroy and judge other believers with wicked words out of ones mouth. Sha'ul saw the same problem back in his time... (see the verses below). Shaul never put himself above anyone, nor he did not spend countless hours judging others and sitting around learning from man year after year, but spent his life going out into all the world to reach those that had ears to hear.

James 4:17 “To him, then, who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.”

Over the many years we have travelled and met other believers, we have rarely met anyone that agreed and followed the Torah and His Word as it is stated. We have sadly found so many that say it does not mean this, or it does not mean that. There are people in these fellowships that use jesus, lord, god and still eating pork and working on the Sabbath, cooking, lighting fires and travelling on the Sabbath, but if one comes to the fellowship to point out what is said in the Torah and Laws, they are accused of being high and mighty and pushed out! The common thing in all these fellowships is that there is ONE MAN in control who dicates and judges what he thinks is right and exceptable, even if it is against His Word. Yes, we are all learning but we must come together in Truth. No light has anything to do with darkness.

What were the judges appointed by Yahweh instructed to do throughout Scriptures? They allowed both people to make their case, and they were not partial to anyone person.

Do we ever see Yahushua in Scripture sit in jugdment, running others down, sitting high and mighty in His chair and making judgements on one side of a persons story? Was not our Saviour honest and upright in all His dealings? No where did you see Yahushua running people down and speaking evily against another and not allowing the other to state their case.

We have heard and seen so called believers make statements out of their mouths, in emails and conversations that were so rude and evil beyond words. These people will stand before Yahweh and His Son in heavy judgement and if you took all the Scriptures above you will see they are not saved and that Yahweh does not take to them kindly.

This Scripture above is so true! Why not rather be wronged and cheated than to waste countless hours on meetings and problem sorting and organizing special meetings to work out what to do with this person or that person becasue you think you are right in your judgement?

Why waste hours and days on bitterness and words that are not uplifting? Our minds should be on pure and uplifting thoughts.

When we do not forgive or let Yahweh deal with situations, then He cannot forgive our sin. It truly makes no difference whatsoever if someone cannot forgive and move on and let things go then they harbour this problem and it turns into hatred and bitterness and it grows in a person. If we are hard done by or a believer has done something against us; take it to the Father and barak your brother and sister as Yahuhusa said, that way you hand it over to the Father athrough His Son to deal with the brother and then you are free to move on in peace.

Lets see what Yahushua said to do:

Luke 6:38 “Give, and it shall be given to you. A good measure, pressed down and shaken together and running over shall be put into your lap. For with the same measure with which you measure, it shall be measured back to you.”

Matthew 18:21 “Then Kĕpha came to Him and said, “Master, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” 22 Yahushua said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.”
